Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (except weekends and
public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email
with your shipment details and tracking information.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch): 3 – 5 working days
2. Shipping Charges
• Standard Shipping: ₹50 applied to all orders below ₹499.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be shown before final payment.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD Option: Available on all orders.
• COD Fee: A ₹50 COD charge is applicable in addition to standard shipping charges.
• COD orders may take 1 extra business day for processing compared to prepaid
orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment tracking number via email/SMS. Use
this number to track your package through our courier partner’s tracking portal or on your
account page.
If you have trouble locating your tracking information, feel free to contact our customer

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:
• Please contact us at support (details below) with your order number and tracking ID.• We will work with the courier partner to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as
possible.
Delivery commitments are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors outside our control
(e.g., natural events, strikes, seasonal peaks).
