Return & Refund Policy

our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order.

To cancel, please contact us at support@moone.in with your order details.

For orders cancelled within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be initiated to

your original payment method once the cancellation is processed.

Partial cancellations after the order has been placed are not permitted unless

otherwise specified.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags

and seals intact.

You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt/order number) when initiating a

return.

If the product was delivered with visible damage or defect, please report this to us

within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including (but not limited to):

Used, opened, or altered products

Items sold as “final sale”

Products not in their original condition

Gift items or free promotional productsNote: For certain specialized products or skincare regimes, additional eligibility criteria may

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@moone.in within the return period with your order number

and reason for return.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Include the order invoice or proof of purchase in the package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the item is received

and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout where

possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g.,

defective or wrong item delivered).

If a refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation reflecting the refund

amount and timing.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect products.

If available, exchanges must be requested within the same period as returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please report the issue within 48

hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will evaluate your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
